Trideck Tunnel

The Trideck is a three-belt tunnel designed to achieve IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) product. As the product falls from one belt to another, it rotates and separates, allowing for perfectly even freezing of each individual piece. The compact design ensures a small footprint while maintaining maximum throughput. Additionally the side ventilation enhances freezing efficiency at the lower levels.

Three-level belt

The special design of Dohmeyer Trideck Tunnel allows for a very small size of installation compared to classic freezing tunnels, while maintaining a very high freezing effectiveness. Additionally, thanks to custom-designed belt drops, Trideck is highly recommended for IQF processes.
