CryoRoll for Recycling Industries

CryoRoll is a cryogenic freezer designed for high-performance freezing of industrial materials such as rubber and plastic, typically prior to grinding or milling. It features a rotating drum where the product is exposed to liquid nitrogen. Materials such as exposed or injected with extremely low temperatures down to -196°C ensuring a high temperature gradient for rapid thermal exchange. The embrittlement and significantly improves the efficiency of grinding and milling process.
