CryoRoll is a cryogenic freezer designed for high-performance IQF freezing of small pieces of meat, cheese, pizza toppings and fruits. It uses a rotating drum where the product is injected with cryogenic gas (liquid nitrogen or CO₂ snow). The system achieves extremely low temperatures—down to -60°C with CO₂ and -110°C or lower with nitrogen—ensuring a high temperature gradient, rapid thermal exchange for efficient and uniform freezing.

CryoRoll is a cryogenic freezer designed for high-performance freezing of industrial materials such as rubber and plastic, typically prior to grinding or milling. It features a rotating drum where the product is exposed to liquid nitrogen. Materials such as exposed or injected with extremely low temperatures down to -196°C ensuring a high temperature gradient for rapid thermal exchange. The Dohmeyer injector is a high capacity, close control device, it can be used with either liquid nitrogen or liquid CO2 and is able to be fitted to any paddle or ribbon mixer. The injector is IP69K rated, featuring a non return plunger that prevents contamination. The unit can be opened without tools for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The CSF has a compact flexible design that can be customized to suit your process. The paddles within the injection zone are manufactured to suit the product and can be used with either LCO₂ or LN₂.. The injectors are fed through a vacuum insulated line with integrated safety valves, guaranteeing instant and close controlled cooling that can be oriented for top or bottom injection.
